Mary Dyer Band

Los Angeles based cover band, Mary Dyer, delight audiences regularly, not only in Southern California but also nationwide!
This power house band is comprised of professional musicians, Wil Roberts, (bass), Chris Ralles, (drums), David Blasucci, (lead guitar), Steve Bauman, (keys) and Mandy Williams, (vocals/percussion).
Their credits include working with music icons such as: Madonna, Frankie Valli, Pat Benetar and Kenny Loggins just to name a few.
Our five-piece band plays multiple times a week around Los Angeles. We play every Thursday night at Therapy at the Roar Room in La Crescenta. Twice a week in Big Bear during the Summer months. And monthly in Valencia, Newhall, Montrose, Lake Hughs and many private and public events around Los Angeles and beyond. We have a large and loyal following of wonderful people that love to come out and dance and keep us on our toes by requesting new music, which is why we have an extensive song list ranging from Carpenters to Led Zepplin, Beatles to Bruno Mars and everything in between. We are able to adapt to the crowd we are playing for whether you're looking for Country, James Taylor Ballads or pop songs from the seventies, eighties, ninety's and current day that sure to get everyone up on the dance floor!

Which one's Mary?
Well, there is no Mary Dyer in the band. Funny story.....
The reason Mary Dyer came about is, remember that time back in 2020 when there was this global pandem......yeah, you remember.
Everything was shut down including music venues, bars, restaurants so these long time band members had no where to play and people had nowhere to listen to live music. That was until, Mandy and David decided to step out onto their driveway with just an acoustic guitar and two voices and about 12 people in the audience, all masked up and socially distanced. They decided to call their good friend, drummer Chris (Pat Benetar), Bill Cinque, (Neil Diamond). The crowd grew each week and more players were added including guest performers. Before they knew it, hundred's of people were coming out every Saturday night to dance in the street. They spread to the cross street of Mary Street. So now we were "ON THE CORNER OF MARY AND DYER" hence......The Mary Dyer Band. We're now so cool, we like to just be called Mary Dyer coz, you know....it's cool...
Here's a little link about the time we got recognized by the mayor for keeping up community spirits.
so now you know!
